ExampleThe short answer
The bicep heart trend is a short TikTok clip in which a person flexes one arm, pinches the fingertips of the other hand to the flexed fist and rests that thumb on the bicep, so the gap between the hand, the forearm and the bicep forms a heart. bicep heart trend maker turns one photo of you, you and your partner, or your pet into a bicep heart trend video, so you can join the trend without filming the pose yourself.
Where it started
What the bicep heart trend is
The bicep heart trend is a short TikTok format that took off in late October 2026. Facing the camera, a person flexes one arm with the fist curled in, then raises the other hand, pinches its fingertips to the fingertips of the flexed hand and rests its thumb on the bicep. The gap framed by that hand, the forearm and the bicep is the heart. You can see the format in this TikTok bicep heart clip.
How long a bicep heart trend clip is
Most bicep heart trend posts run about 7 seconds. They usually carry the on-screen caption "have you ever heard of a bicep heart...", which sets up the pose before the heart closes.
Bicep heart variations: solo, couple and pet
The bicep heart trend already has variations. In the solo version, both arms meet in front of the chest so one person makes the whole heart. In the couple version, two people each flex one arm, and their biceps and hands form one heart together. Pet versions, where a dog or cat appears to flex a heart, are being made with AI.
Where people post the bicep heart
People post bicep heart videos on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, with tags like #bicepheart and #bicephearttrend. Many send the clip to a partner, a crush or a gym group chat instead of posting it publicly.

Couple bicep heart

How it works
How to make a bicep heart trend video from one photo
Add one photo
Upload one photo in the tool at the top of this page, as a PNG, JPEG or WebP file. For the bicep heart trend, a photo that faces the camera works best, with the face clear and, for people, both arms in the frame, because the pose needs one arm to flex and the other hand to frame the heart.
Choose who is in the photo
Pick Solo for one person, Couple for two people or Pet for a dog or cat. The choice tells the tool which version of the bicep heart trend to make: one person closing the heart alone, two people sharing one heart, or a pet that appears to flex a heart.
Make the bicep heart video
Press Make my bicep heart video. The tool turns your one photo into a bicep heart trend video in the vertical format that TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts use, so the clip fits the feed where you saw the trend.
Post it or send it
Post your bicep heart video on TikTok, Reels or Shorts with tags like #bicepheart and #bicephearttrend, or send it to a partner, a crush or your gym group chat. The usual caption is "have you ever heard of a bicep heart...".
