What is the bicep heart trend, and where did it come from?
The bicep heart trend started on TikTok on October 26, 2026. Here is what the bicep heart thing is, the timeline of how it spread, and the solo, couple and pet versions people post.
The short answer
The bicep heart trend is a TikTok pose in which a person flexes one arm and uses the other hand to close a heart shape against the bicep. The #bicepheart hashtag first appeared on TikTok on October 26, 2026, and most bicep heart posts are about 7-second vertical clips that open with the hook line "Have you ever heard of a bicep heart…".
What the bicep heart pose looks like
The bicep heart pose is a flexed arm turned into a heart. Facing the camera, a person flexes one arm with the fist curled in, then raises the other hand, pinches its fingertips to the fingertips of the flexed hand and rests its thumb on the bicep. The gap framed by that hand, the forearm and the bicep is the heart. The step-by-step version, with common mistakes, is in the bicep heart pose tutorial.

The bicep heart sound and hook line
The bicep heart trend runs on one audio and one hook line. The audio comes from @trendformusic. The hook line "Have you ever heard of a bicep heart…" opens the clip and sets up the reveal, then the person builds the pose and holds the closed heart until the end. Most bicep heart posts run about 7 seconds.
Why any body type can do the bicep heart
The bicep heart does not need big arms. Box Life Magazine notes that the hand placement does most of the shape-forming work: the helper hand draws the top and the bottom point of the heart, and the flexed arm only supplies the side. A small bicep makes as clear a heart as a large one.
Where people post the bicep heart and who they send it to
People post bicep heart videos on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, tagged #bicepheart and #bicephearttrend. The vertical 7-second format fits all three feeds without cropping. Many people skip public posting and send the bicep heart clip straight to a partner, a crush or a gym group chat.
